Travel software — White label

Your own travel portal, under your brand, live in weeks

We start from the travel booking system already running for A Link Tours — bookings, quotations, vouchers, payments and reports — then put your name, logo, domain and workflow on it. Faster than a from-scratch build, and you still own it.

The problem

Rented portal or white label you own?

Per-user rent forever

A rented SaaS charges every month for every staff member, and the bill grows with your team.

Their brand on your vouchers

Customers see the software vendor's name, not yours.

Your workflow does not fit

You change how your agency works to fit the product, instead of the other way round.

Features

What comes in the white label portal

Reports & ledger

Sales, margin and receivables reports, plus a full ledger.

Common questions

White Label Travel Portal FAQ

Is this a template or custom software?
Both. The base is a working travel ERP we built and run for a real tour operator. We then customise modules, documents, fields and workflows for your agency, so you are not starting from zero.
How fast can it go live?
Because the core already exists, a branded portal with your documents usually goes live much faster than a full custom build. We give you an exact timeline after the discovery call.
Do I own the software and the data?
Yes. The source code, the database and the hosting account are in your name. There is no per-user licence and no lock-in — if you ever want another developer to take over, they can.
How much does it cost?
Every agency is different, so we quote after a free 30-minute call. You get an itemised proposal with a price per module and a timeline, and you can start with the one or two modules that hurt most.
